ReplyDeleteI have a whatsapp number on your website that no one responds to either call or chat. And no chat options for support even though it says chat. I just want to know if you guys have an app to make this experience more pleasurable rather than having to log in online typing username and password each time. Please respond to your subscribers one way or another, the key to a business like this is customer service and feedback or you will keep losing all your subscribers to Irokotv since they are on top of their game. I cant even seem to tie my account with my facebook account. Hopefully someone is on the other side and not just robots. You guys have fantastic array of movies, just put a good feedback system and you might just be at par or surpass your comnpetitors.

ReplyDeleteI agree with all the comments here. Congatv is totally USELESS and a waste of money. I can't get any support. No response to emails or whatsapp chats. I have been able to download just one movie and your app doesn't even have a feature for "DOWNLOADED MOVIES" Learn from IROKOtv!!!!! I only subscribed because I realised you have great movies but your app is just USELESSSSSSS. I won't recommend it to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY DEARIES!!!

My first subscription was 11/31/2018 for $12 which was for 3 months,I cancelled it some weeks After.I know it was suppose to end 01/21/2019.Today being the day i noticed i was billed again after my subscription was cancelled.Please refund my $12 ASAP.
